NEWS BREAKING: VFW Issues Blistering Response To NFL – It’s Brutal

Many people responded to the scandalous protests from the NFL players

Among them are The Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.

Because of the disrespectful behavior toward the country, the Veterans from Strongsville, Ohio has had enough.

The commander of VFW Post 3345, Tim Zvoncheck stated: “After what happened with the NFL players Sunday we decided to cancel our NFL red zone, and we will not be showing the games at our post. It’s over for us.” These protest grew stronger after President Trump’s speech in Alabama, where he stated that the NFL protesters should be fired.

Christian News Alerts reported that around 200 NFL players knelt during the national anthem or didn’t come out of their locker room until the anthem finished. The veterans weren’t happy with this behavior.

However, the VFW had announced their disgust for the players back in August, when the Cleveland Browns knelt during the anthem. The post put up a sign that read: “We like our Browns – we love our flag more. Your games will no longer be shown here. God Bless America!”

VFW posts all around the country are tired of this unpatriotic behavior so they took a stand and showed that this will not be ignored.

Vietnam War veteran, Kieth Harman said: “There is a time and place for civil debate, and wearing team jerseys and using sporting events to disrespect our country doesn’t wash with millions of military veterans who have and continue to wear real uniforms on real battlefields around the globe.”

Instead of standing proudly during the national anthem, these professional players decided to kneel and protest. However, the majority of Americans see this as disrespectful. On the other side, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell stated that he isn’t bothered too much with this.

As a response to Trump’s remarks, Goodell stated: “Divisive comments like these demonstrate an unfortunate lack of respect for the NFL, our great game and all of our players, and a failure to understand the overwhelming force for good our clubs and players represent in our communities.”

The players wanted to make a stand against racism and hatred. However, there are other ways to help this cause. They can use their huge salaries and invest into the causes that are working on these matters. However, they decided to disrespect and embrace a pointless behavior. They ended up with losing a lot of fans.
